It's been 7 weeks since I started Weight Watchers, and today was a thrilling weigh-in day!
* I've lost 10 pounds
* Which means I've met my 5% goal
* And also puts me at the halfway point for my goal
May 11, 2011: 154.6
June 28, 2011: 144.6
Goal weight: 134*
I think this is my goal weight, but I might adjust it down to 130 later. I want to see how I feel as I go along.
